UK Digital Inclusion Programme
LeNoir Foundation's UK Programme launches in Luton in June 2026, with Tower Hamlets to follow later in the year. It is designed to reach adults who are entirely offline or who lack the basic digital skills needed to manage everyday life.
What the Programme Delivers
- Free Digital Drop-In Sessions — Weekly sessions at community venues including libraries, mosques, and community centres in Luton.
- Refurbished Devices — Laptops and tablets placed with learners who have never owned a device, through the National Device Bank.
- Free SIM Cards — Mobile data SIM cards provided through the National Databank for learners without internet access.
- Digital Skills Training — Good Things Foundation's Learn My Way curriculum, delivered by trained Digital Champions.
LeNoir Foundation is a registered Digital Inclusion Hub within the National Digital Inclusion Network.
